Blue Oak Ranch and its facilities are available to all academic, non-profit, government agencies, and community groups that fall within the constraints of our mission (education, research, public service). Day visits, overnight stays, housing and camping reservations, meeting room, classroom and Field Lab space must be booked in advance using the Reserve Application Management System (RAMS)

Cedar Barn Community Center:
The Cedar Barn is our community center and contains our administrative office, a large group kitchen, restrooms including two showers, a laundry room, a large multi-purpose room, a 20-seat classroom, and the 1,000 ft2 Field Lab with secure storage. Spaces within the Barn can be reserved in advance.
At this time we are not charging for use of the Barn spaces, however reservations need to be included in your RAMS activity

Cabins:
We offer three types of cabins,
- Each of our two Dorm Cabins have two rooms and a shared bathroom as well as an outdoor shower. Rooms have 4 beds and a heater for year-round use.
- Each of our two Faculty Studio Cabins have one bedroom (with a full and twin bed), private bathroom, a kitchenette with mini-fridge, sink, two-burner stove, toaster oven and cooking gear for four. Wall heater in each room for year-round use.
- Eight Seasonal Cabins have four built in bunk beds, an air mattress, screen and panelled walls are rain proof but not heated. Several units will have lighting and USB outlets.

Personal Tent Camping and RV Hook-up:
We allow our users to pitch their own tent, or rent one of ours. We also rent sleeping bags, air mattresses and camp chairs.
We offer a two vehicle capacity RV hookup site with drinking water, 15 & 20 amp electrical service, and septic dump station for gray water and black water waste.
